The production of OH WHAT A LOVELY WAR was presented by Walter Paul Productions in aid of ERSKINE HOUSE; a cheque for
£748.42 was handed over to Erskine House - the generous total amount donated by the six audiences who saw the production.

SOUVENIR PROGRAMME
A 32 page Souvenir Theatre Programme was on sale during the run of the show, and sold for £2.00. The much praised publication was more than just a cast list, and contained many articles relating to the First World War; including A Brief Commentary on the Western Front 1914 - 1918, by Roy Brown; excerpts from the book LAST POST, written by the established author Max Arthur; Company Connections with the First World War; information on Pierrot Shows, and Erskine House's history; reproduction of two pages of RAIL NEWS, dated September 1914; the war poem In Flanders Fields by John McCrae; cast photographs.
